Guild Wars 2 Item Upgrade

The process of upgrading an item, often called "upping," improves an Best item upgrader's stats. Each upgrade increment results in an increase in the linearity of a given stat.

Players can recycle up to six items at a time to gain a level gauge for each of the upgraded components. The cost of recycling a piece of equipment increases according to their rarity and level.

Upgrade components

Upgradeable items are available throughout the game, both within the world and as rewards for missions. Players can also craft them. Upgrade components are the primary method of upgrading equipment. These are the items that can slot into equipment. The majority of equipment comes with upgrade slots, and the majority require a certain level of upgrade. Some upgrade components give specific bonuses, while others offer general bonuses.
